Unfortunatley, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled. We encourage customers to pay attention to their order details before submitting their order for payment. 

 

Due to Covid-19, all purchases are final at this time. All units are being inspected and approved by a quality assurance team before shipping. We encourage customers to review their order before purchase.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment Monday- Friday. Shipping will occur the next business day, after processing.

For example, an order made after business hours on a Wednesday, will be processed by Thursday; therefore, shipping will take place Friday. Any orders made on Friday evening will be processed by the Monday of the following week. (Exceptions may include weather or holiday closures.)
